LEVEL 2 & CLASS 2 DRIVER TRAINING

The first step is to get you evaluated in a Class 2 manual or automatic vehicle. From here you will be accompanied by a TTM driver mentor who will guide you through the install and removal of a worksite in a Level 2 TTM Vehicle. This often requires a few closures, and in some cases a dummy scenario will be arranged.

WHO SHOULD ATTEND

Anybody who is looking to drive a Class 2/Level 2 TTM vehicle, either as a tail pilot, shadow vehicle or a work vehicle. Through out the day you will be taught TTM driving terminology, how to operate the equipement and safetly operate when on-site.

PREREQUISITES

Full Class 2 New Zealand Licence

Over the course of four days we can get you through your Class 2 Learner Licence, the following NZQA unit standards and the practical assessment drive.
US24089 Demonstrate knowledge of fatigue management, work time & driver logbook requirements
US17574 Operate a rigid vehicle to meet the requirements for a full class 2 license
